Redistribution of Poverty
 

The world is indeed moving in reverse.  Rather than redistributing wealth, the United States government is engaged in a complex, highly sophisticated Public-Private Partnership scheme of redistributing poverty.  Now that I can define it, it makes me laugh but it really isn't funny.

Continuing with the previous section, Who is Richard Florida?    Click on the link and watch the video on the right hand side.  I remember in the 1980s when - I think it was Washington State that was buying bus tickets and giving traveling money to their welfare recipients.  They were exporting poverty to other states.  What Richard Florida, Michael Porter, the Council on Competitiveness are really doing - at the bottom line is that they came up with an elaborate scam to creatively export the welfare class out of the big cities - and into the rural communities.  Hence the racketeering and criminal activity in Austin.   Thank you Richard Florida.  You put sharp edges to the outline.

A couple of years ago when I was working with Eagle Forum of Idaho, we were asked to try and figure out what was going on with the small rural town of Star.  A huge housing development was being built but there was no market for the homes.  They were paving over farm land with no city infrastructure or business community to support it.  It was a complex story of conspiracy, corruption, infidelity, betrayal and the list goes on.  It was so complex that I never did end up writing a story about it.  I ended up doing a timeline with links off of it but now I can explain in the context of the Trojan Triangle and the redistribution of poverty.

In brief, the Mayor of Boise City, Brent Coles, attended a meeting of Mayors at the Mayor's Institute on City Design (another Harvard institution) where he was approached by Christine Saum, the Director of the Institute and Dena Belzer of Strategic Economics of Berkeley.  They suggested to him that he organize a forum of Mayors in the metropolitan area of Boise.  He did that and the result was that the Mayors formed a private partnership called 'Treasury Valley Partnership' (TVP).   Another group that had set up shop in Boise, "Idaho Smart Growth" allegedly notified TVP of a federal grant opportunity.  'Idaho Smart Growth' is part of a larger network called the 'Smart Growth Network'.  This network was started by the EPA for the purpose of implementing UN Agenda 21 policies under the deceptive heading of 'smart growth'.  The following is an article listed in the timeline (1998) that was found on the Idaho Smart Growth website.  I'm including it here because it includes all of the buzz words, the people behind it - and the fact that what is happening in our country is happening in other countries so it is in fact, a global conspiracy:

 
EU Summit Hears Call to Consolidate Economic Policy with Social, Environmental Policies

''A good society and a good Europe is one that does not tolerate social exclusion and environmental destruction,'' wrote German Member of European Parliament, SPD (Social-Democratic) politician Martin Schulz on the eve of the European Union's fifth spring summit in Brussels, urging consolidation of several EU sustainability plans into a concrete framework ''that really does integrate economic policy with social policy and with the environment -- a 'smart growth strategy' that makes Europe a global leader.''

He asked the parliamentarians to focus on an investment strategy that would improve research and development, innovation, lifelong learning, infrastructure and social services. He also told them to help make the continent more supportive of small and medium businesses.

For the record, social democrats are communists. 

The TVP applied for and received a $510,000 grant from the Federal Highway Administration to "develop a regional approach to growth issues".  The TVP called their "project" the Treasure Valley Futures Project and they set up a website for it.  I didn't remember this - but their logo is a pair of pyramids - trojan triangles as it were.   

At the time I wrote the original timeline and was tracking everything down, I didn't pay attention to the fact that the project designs for the Treasury Valley Futures Project were done by students.  That's a critical point to focus on because it is key to understanding how the trojan triangles work - and how they are a conversion of the economy with the use of students for free labor - which will become a permanent feature of the communist system as it is being implemented.

Concurrently with the Treasure Valley Partnership and the Futures Project, was a massive flow of money coming into the community which I documented under the heading of "Regional Supra Public-Private Government".  This was because of the documentation I found regarding "social investing" tied to Goldman Sachs - along with 'Community Reinvestment Program money" combined with corporate money.   This was all an enigma to me because profit-making corporations do not - as a rule, go in for social investing.  It's an oxymoron if ever there was one.  You'll see on this webpage where I was documenting what they were doing but with implicit questions about it:

And don't miss this one.  http://www.channelingreality.com/IEF_Agenda21/Documents/CRF_Social_Investors.pdf  Look at the picture and the caption.  And while you are looking at it, think about the Community Cops program that Clinton set up - because those types of people from urban street gangs are also being trained as cops which should explain to Alex Jones why the cops in Austin shakedown the public.  It's because they are gangsters in uniform.  Gangsters in your hospitals.  Gangsters in your schools.  And most frightening of all - gangsters in the surveillance, command and control centers (fusion centers), a significant percentage of which have been reserved by the technical training - certification route through the Trojan Triangle System using Federal Transportation minority contracting set aside program (a fixed percentage of grant dollars - but because highways are expensive to build, that leaves only the operation of data centers as small business opportunities for minorities.  Very clever I'd say). 

But wait a minute you say....   Boise was a relatively affluent (for a rural community) city with a small population of minorities... so what am I missing?     Football.   College football.  In the analysis of the clusters, they seek not only to define what businesses you have in your community - but also what you don't have.  What Boise didn't have until about a decade ago was a "competitive" sports team - football in this case.   And where does the coach recruit the players from?   The inner cities.  And suddenly, your town - Boise in this case, is awash in money.. and sports... and everything looks great.. but then -  

Corporate and Foundation money create the illusion of a booming "competitive, strategic, innovative, creative" community.   When the bust comes because the "seed money" dries up, the rural community is then left with a criminal class that came with the social money - connected to the university with the benefits and incentives provided by the tax privileged zones of the Trojan Triangles - and the surveillance and monitoring jobs set aside for minorities in the Fusion Centers of police state control.   And it's all being run out of the Universities using the intermodal commerce zones, economic development zones with preferential tax treatment, government subsidies and government programs and the SCANS system of integration of worker training into the schools for "lifelong learning".

Watch for fake credentialing (beginning in the White House). 

Parallel Economy

Recently, I stumbled upon an initiative proposed by Rosa DeLauro when I was researching BP and the oil spill.  She is sponsoring legislation for a National Infrastructure bank.  As I showed in the Transportation section of this report, the TEA-21 legislation already set up state infrastructure banks "to leverage public and private money" for infrastructure.  Also, in previous research which I titled, "The Great Swindle", I documented some of the history of the Community Reinvestment Act including the "reform" of banking laws.  The CRA established "Community Banks" and it was the Community banks that issued all of the subprime loans that led to the meltdown of our financial system.    When you put all of the pieces together of everything I've researched and documented, the picture is that they've designed systems of government programs to build a parallel, exclusive economy managed by regional managers and the universities.  It is the communist system and it is cannibalizing our representative government, American traditions and the capitalist system.

Why did I include that picture?  Because the misappropriation (theft) of money from Silverado and Lincoln Savings & Loan was for the Denver International Airport and it involved Neil Bush.  Federico Pena who later became Secretary of Transportation was also involved when he was Mayor of Denver.  And there are even more connections to the Trojan Triangles.
