Oh Say Can You See... |
All of the legislation coming out of Washington DC is being written by
the same people regardless of whether there is a Republican or Democrat
Administration. The wrapping on the package is red if it is
coming from the republicans and blue if it's coming from the democrats
but the content at the functional level is the same no matter the color
of the wrapping paper. They are mirroring what you want the
legislation to be depending on which party hat you wear.
At the high level, the purpose of the legislation is to transfer power to the global governance structure in Brussels by disempowering our government. The way that's being done is by the harmonizing our laws with the international system of laws and the integrating our government computer systems with the international systems - and you are being told "It's Reform". All of the un-American programs coming out of Washington DC serve the purpose of harmonization and integration. The latest legislation was introduced by Rep. John Dingell (D-MI), H.R. 2749 - premises registration and tracking of food production from farm to table. This program was presented by HHS Secretary Mike Leavitt at a National Press Club Luncheon in 2007. I recorded the speech and wrote about on this webpage: "Global Supply Chain Management". And just recently, a friend sent me an interview with a lady named Dr. Ruth David, Ph.D., CEO of ANSER Institute. In the interview which occurs at election time - I'm not sure which one, 2000 or 2004 but regardless, what she says coupled with her biography tells me that she's been working on the integrated global systems subverting our government since the decision was made for the "global information society" (warm and fuzzy name for global governance) since at least 1994 if not before.
The farm (or field) to table registration and tracking is a point solution. The inspection of Chinese pharmaceutical factories in China that produces drugs for the American market is a point solution. The smart border technology is technological point solution.
Interesting timing relative to September 11, 2001 don't you think? It becomes even more interesting when you find out that the ANSER Institute planned and managed the Dark Winter biological war game that was held in June 2001.
Dark
Winter - especially interesting in view of the recent conditioning
for the swine flu pandemic, mass inoculation But I digress... Cap and Tax is Blue The next one that I've been barking about for the last couple of days is the carbon cap and trade legislation that just passed the House of Representatives. The Cap and Tax bill is also called the Waxman/Markey bill. Tearing away the blue wrapper (which includes the pork for pigs) what we see is that: 1. The alleged goal is to cut carbon - but the utility companies that generate most of the carbon are being given carbon credits. 2. The costs for excess carbon generation will be passed on to consumers. These costs are effectively a consumption tax on your energy usage. 3. For people below the poverty line, they will receive a monthly check from the government that is supposed to be an offset for the carbon tax. 4. The trading system for carbon credits is the big boyz game and won't really effect us. It's just a way for the political establishment and that fattest pig of them all - Al Gore to take a skim off the top giving him enough money to buy control of the democratic party.
Fair Tax is Red In 2005, Rep. John Linder (R) introduced the Fair Tax Act of 2005. The Fair Tax was a national consumption tax on all goods and services including energy. It was a 30% tax (deceptively billed as 23% inclusive) on top of all purchases of all types. (Side note: it was completely delusional to try and make such a massive change in the tax system all at one time.) 1. The alleged goal was to eliminate the IRS but in reality, they would have simply become the auditors of businesses who collect the consumption tax so they wouldn't have gone away at all. 2. It imposed a 30% consumption tax on consumers on every purchase including energy plus all services including the amount you pay the guy who mows your lawn. 3. Corporations were exempt from the consumption tax. 4. For people below the poverty line, they would have received a monthly check from the government that was supposed to offset the amount they would pay in consumption taxes. Something that was very odd about this legislation was that governments at all levels would have to pay the consumption tax also - including the federal government. That never really made sense that the government would charge itself a tax. However, if the government wasn't really going to receive the tax - and instead, the tax went to the "global governance structure", then it makes perfect sense. And I'm sure that's what it would have been because of what Al Gore said about the Cap and Trade bill at the Smith School World Forum on Enterprise and the Environment as reported by the Climate Depot. You can see the video clip at the Climate Depot website:
So the Cap and Tax legislation is a subset of the Fair Tax which obviously is going to be implemented in phases beginning first with the energy sector. And the Fair Tax was a harmonization of tax systems with Canada so that's another bit of evidence. It should be obvious but I'll say it anyway. If the consumption tax is passed, it puts the real power of government into the hands of the "tax collectors" which in our country happens to be the big box stores that are loyal to their COMMUNIST Chinese suppliers. So... for anybody who might have thought it's a good idea to get rid of the IRS, you might want to think again. The IRS is under the control of the Congress. They do not control the multinational corporations - nor do they control the Beast System of the United Nations so there would be no guarantee that the consumption tax collected would go to the U.S. government. Just something to think about. The third example of just a different wrapping for the same content was documented in my research on the Human Genome Project - beginning Page 12. And I know I could come up with a lot more if I wanted to spend the time on it which I don't. I only want everybody to see through the wrapping and start looking at the functionality of the package. No matter how they try to sell it, it is a sell out of our country and a step closer to global governance - and the loss of national sovereignty. Vicky Davis "Thinking Systems"
