communications tools for the Human Genome Project –
including planning and design of a nationalized database
of medical records, the legislation to make the nation’s
telecommunications system universally available (for the
Genome Project) and the Clinton Administration
announcement of the Health Care Task Force in January of
1993 – for which Hillary took the rap even though the
project had been in motion since 1985 with the actual
design of the provider-patient part of it being done
during the Bush 41 Administration. |
