William Cohen
I accuse this man, William Cohen, of high treason against the United States of America for the sabotage of Defense Department Computer Systems for the purpose of undermining U.S. defense capability through privatization of national security and commercialization of defense systems and technology.  This sabotage was accomplished under the cover of the "1997 Defense Reform Initiative:  Reinvention of Government".   

Outsourcing Computer Systems is like giving the controls to your pacemaker to somebody else.  Once they have the control, they own you. 

Because of that, outsourcing critical defense and government administrative systems was treason against our nation and the saboteurs should be treated accordingly.

Following September 11, 2001, on November 9, 2001, President George Bush signed an agreement with India for dual-use Defense Technology Transfer giving the excuse of terrorism for the agreement.   The initiative for this agreement was called the Knowledge Trade Initiative.  The knowledge trade initiative was the work of the Clinton Administration.
 

On Cohen's website, under the heading of Accomplishments, there was a rotating image containing textual statements of the firm's accomplishments.  I captured them so that they could be displayed together.   Notice the center box.  TCG assisted in the recovery of an aviation asset worth tens of millions of dollars.

And how was it that the pilot of that aircraft walked away without being charged with treason?  He could have - and should have ditched the aircraft in the ocean. 

But the third box, that's really the important one - advising Homescam Security.  Under the guise of providing "security" they are implementing the control systems that will allow them to fully implement the communist system modeled after the Chinese system.  And the "bailout" money for AIG and the monies being spent the Treasury will be for that purpose too.

If I understand how the 2009 digit transition will impact use of the spectrum - and that's a big IF because I'm not certain,

If the February 2009 digital transition is allowed to go forward, what will happen is that the ham radio spectrum will be gone so that communities can be isolated and they won't be able to get out the word of what is happening in their communities.  So consider this a warning - just in case.
