Blair House Papers - Page 39

"GSA will close nine data centers, out-sourcing all of

its data center requirements to the private sector.

Al Gore 1997, Blair House Papers

"In the mid-nineties, Lockheed began taking over information technology divisions of the U.S. government, running its computer systems and a great deal of its data management.  Largely under the public radar, the company went so far in this direction that, in 2004, the New York Times reported, 'Lockheed Martin doesn't run the United States."  Naomi Klein, Shock Doctrine, p293

There was a coup d'etat in the United States.  It was a 21st Century style coup - not the traditional military takeover or peasants bearing pitchforks storming the castle coup.   It was a 21st Century coup - an administrative coup d'etat.

The purpose of the coup?   To have the government self-destruct.   To make it unable to function.  Why?   Because the United States is being dissolved into a territory under the UN regional governing structure called the North American Union which ultimately will become the continental governing structure for both North and South America .

A simple statement of the coup from the point of view of the perpetrators would be something like:

"the existing framework for government is too constraining for our multinational corporations.  We have more money than government and we are paying for both government and the military so we should be able have the control.   We will establish a 'market-based' governance structure in which the Congress passes only framework legislation calling for the creation of appointed boards, councils and commissions.

The appointed boards, councils and commission will have both public and private financing so that they have the power to manage local officials to implement the policies we seek while leaving in place the appearance of elected representative government."

The means of gaining power over the existing government include the following:

Blowing up key government offices where records are stored -   Murrah Building in Oklahoma City; World Trade Center and the Pentagon.

Eliminating hundreds of thousands of government workers and contracting out their functions to the multinational corporations so that they control those functions.

Capture of government computer systems and computerized theft from government accounts;

Administrative Coup d'Etat

Sabotage of government administrative computer systems so that government workers will be in a state of chaos - unable to do their jobs.

Control of the computer systems gives the multinational computer consulting firms control over government money,  operations, and statistical reports.

Insertion of operatives on the payroll in key departments in strategic positions;

The strategic placement of operatives in key government decision-making positions to cause chaos, prevent the government functioning

Selling off strategic assets like the Elk Hills Petroleum Reserve.  Leasing U.S. strategic assets like the ports to foreign governments.  Cutting a swath through to America's heartland by allowing the building of a transportation system through Mexico that will make the United States vulnerable to enemy penetration.

WTO and 'Free Trade' agreements to torpedo the United States domestic economy - to cripple the government and the people.     See "Shock Doctrine", Naomi Kline - Disaster Capitalism.

Ref: Debate in Congress on participation in the World Trade Organization.  It was known at the time that the United States would be ceding power over our economy and legal system when the Senate voted on the WTO.  No doubt the same debate occurred in the House of Representatives - but it was approved anyway.

The following is Slide Number 11 in a presentation to the Canadian Government on 'reinventing' their government.  It was given in 2006 by Ted Gaebler.

The 'reinvention' of government was a concept promoted by Ted Gaebler and David Osborne using theories from their book "Reinventing Government".  This book was no doubt commissioned by the High Tech Industry because they are the ones who now have control of the government through the capture of the government computer systems.

From the first debate on the war in Iraq - when the Congress was debating the $84 billion for the war, it was apparent that the Congress was being blackmailed. [As a side tidbit, Janet Karpinski, the General in charge of Abu Ghraib prison when the torture was going on, in private life was a 'Total Quality Management' (TQM) consultant.  One of the base concepts of Gaebler and Osborne's market-based governance is TQM.   Commentary about Abu Ghraib ]

When the concepts of the 'reinvention' and the privatization of the government computer systems are understood, it makes everything else going wrong with this government understandable.  It also makes understandable the coupling of catastrophic terrorism with a concept paper of a 'market-based' governance structure written by Ashton Carter, John Deutch and Philip Zelikow (9-11 gatekeeper).  "Catastrophic Terrorism: Elements of a National Policy"

As American Patriots, if we want to take back our country,   we need to take back the computer systems that allow it to function for the benefit Of The People, By The People and For The People.  It is only through control of the government that it can be made to operate within Constitutional bounds.

The new seat of government power - our monument to 'market-based' governance which is just a new name for fascism:

The Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center
1300 Pennsylvania Avenue
Washington D.C.

"The Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center is the largest building (3.1 million square feet) in Washington, DC, and is owned by the U.S. General Services Administration. As the first and only federal building dedicated to both government and private use, the Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center has been mandated by Congress to bring together the country’s best public and private resources to create a national forum for the advancement of trade."

One Army office in the Pentagon lost 34 of its 65 employees in the attack. Most of those killed in the office, called Resource Services Washington, were civilian accountants, bookkeepers and budget analysts. They were at their desks when American Airlines Flight 77 struck.

Military Computers for Internet run by Contractor

Lt. Esteban Vickers explained the Internet system for the Navy and the Marine Corp is run by a contractor, and those results would be identical at bases all across the country.

A nation can survive its fools, and even the ambitious. But it cannot survive treason from within. An enemy at the gates is less formidable, for he is known and carries his banner openly. But the traitor moves amongst those within the gate freely, his sly whispers rustling through all the alleys, heard in the very halls of government itself. For the traitor appears not a traitor; he speaks in accents familiar to his victims, and he wears their face and their arguments, he appeals to the baseness that lies deep in the hearts of all men. He rots the soul of a nation, he works secretly and unknown in the night to undermine the pillars of the city, he infects the body politic so that it can no longer resist. A murder is less to fear: Cicero Marcus Tullius
